New style student modular room:

Attractive in design, this comfortable and practical living standard is essential to the modern demands of student study and rest space. Very spacious and robust in construction throughout, our student rooms are built up to Code 4 building regulations.

Quality:

Our construction methods and use of sustainable composite materials enable us to considerably lower our carbon footprint compared to traditional building practices. Working with universities, we have an ongoing eco friendly programme of material and process development, allowing us to continually upgrade our carbon embodiment credentials. All materials used in our modules are recyclable.

Design:

All student modules are manufactured with double glazed glass windows, fully insulated steel wall system, bathroom complete, flooring, curtains, bed, bedding, lockers and worktop. The customer can add or remove any of the fixtures or fi ttings as they require.
