Design in Australia, build the modules in China factory. Our concept is build the most complicated and valuable area of the whole villa as modules, after modules are deliveried to construction site, only need to unload on the concrete base, then build the rest of the house in the site. Meanwhile, The rest of the appliance is ready with the modules. Building time and cost could drop down about 50% compared with the traditional building way.

Stylish and eye-catching, the floor plan villa module system was crafted to meet client's brief for simplicity and sustainability. You would own your special design kitchen, laundry and the vanity etc before the house finished.
